If you ask an assistant about a company and it answers from whatever it could read. What we've found over 3 months of research is that most sites give it almost nothing. Content arrives after JavaScript runs, and ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity largely don't even run it, so a homepage that renders perfectly in a browser can actually be a few words to the agent that decides whether to mention you or not, or nothing at all.
That same problem can exist inside a company also. Somebody on your team opens Cursor or Claude Code to add a landing page, and the agent has no component set to build from, no tokens and no written rules. So it invents its own, and the site drifts a little bit every time somebody ships.
We understand that both are one problem. A site is legible to machines or it's not. The agents that decide whether to cite you want the same things your team builds with: content that exists without being executed, facts stated rather than implied, and a system written down. This is baked into every project, whether or not we take the custom code route, for this very reason.
All of this is included in the build rather than an add-on service.
See what a rebuild costs.
