Our work with FalconX is extensive. It surpasses a couple of projects, and we're closer to a direct creative partner than a one-off agency for hire. This case study is about all of our work with FalconX as we helped them launch an MVP, launch new products in their product suite, build out an entirely new website designed by another agency, and made big updates to their current website.
Let's start off with the MVP.
Our objective was to design and build an MVP that communicated their strong presence in the market, kept Saleforce for data, and gave the Falcon team a finished site to present to investors. Webflow was their preferred platform, The Crafted Studios team stepped in to help reach these goals.
services
We designed a marketing website that improved their previous site. Introducing a new navigation, an extensive place for their content (blog, thought leadership, and company news about funding and awards). Also, gave them a place where their podcast content lived. All in all, a more robust website that was scalable alongside this fast paced startup.
At the time of the MVP Launch, Falcon didn't have a clear identity brand wise. We needed to get something out quickly so we leaned on blue hues and custom graphics to bring out "professionalism" and to showcase that FalconX isn't a consumer facing trading company.
We designed and built the website in 2 weeks flat. We worked in sprints, design, development, and integrations. 3 team members all taking care of different tasks.
We developed the website in Webflow. They were previously hosting on their own server, causing a ton of issues in terms of scalable content and other team members who weren't tech-savvy to manage it.
We built out multiple CMS collections for different buckets of content. The Webflow Enterprise team gave them lessons on this, but we gave a demo after the site was built to show them how to use the website.
We plugged in Salesforce using their API and was able to run custom forms in order to do advanced tracking and sales team management on a larger scale.

When FalconX reached back out to have us build their website, they already had a design ready to go. In the midst of this, we designed some MVPs for concepts of new landing pages outside of this website we built.
In this full website build, FalconX was changing a lot internally. Adding new marketing leaders and designers to focus on the digital experiences of FalconX across the board from product to web.
Our role this time around was to develop a large and extensive website, connecting the same tools, but pushing back on what the other agency had to offer in terms of UX. We pushed for an easier experience across the board of content and product signups.
Marketing leaders agreed, so we implemented some changes on our own as we built this website out. The. site where it stands now is more robust, more serious and focused with new branding, a clearer message, and intentional UX design.

We gave direction for the "FalconX Blog" making it easier to navigate through all of the different media that Falcon produced in house.
We gave direction for less interactions/animations on the homepage. Designing an easier route to understanding Falcon's product suite. We also gave direction for the logos on the homepage to showcase who FalconX's products empower.
We helped design the CTA form towards the bottom of the page and plugged in the HTML required from Salesforce service cloud.
We already had developed the new website on Webflow, so this was a simple migration to a new site from scratch.
We plugged in Salesforce using their API and was able to run custom forms in order to do advanced tracking and sales team management on a larger scale.
