Allegiant wanted a more custom careers site. We built it in WordPress, pulling their job listings straight from Lever.
The plan was Webflow, but technical constraints ruled it out, so we moved to WordPress, where the Lever integration was possible. Each listing links through to its own posting to apply, with custom filtering on top.
Jobs come from the system recruiting already uses, so nobody republishes a page when a role opens or closes.
