Allegiant wanted a new careers site, more custom than what they had. We built it.
The plan was Webflow. Several technical constraints made that impossible, so rather than force the platform we moved the whole experience to WordPress, where the integration work was actually achievable.
That integration is the site. Allegiant runs hiring through Lever, so we pulled listings out of the Lever job portal and rendered them in WordPress, with each posting linking through to its own listing where an applicant can read the detail and apply. We built custom filtering over the top of it.
The result is a careers site that stays current on its own, because the jobs on it come from the system recruiting already works in. Nobody has to republish a page when a role opens or closes.
