The Elex is apartments in a converted General Electric building in Fort Wayne. Cohere Studio designed it, we built it in Webflow.
The name comes from the Elex Club, founded by the women who worked at GE in Fort Wayne. The design uses the club's archival photographs and its motto, united we build, as the headline, with a ruled monospace nav, a script wordmark and zigzag-edged cards. We built it exactly as drawn.
The site ran for a few weeks before a re-org on the client's side moved the property to a generic real estate template, which is why there is no live link here.
