We designed and built Roster's brand and marketing site. Every section points to one action, joining the waitlist.
The site explains the product through one candidate, Priya. She worked at a company that makes her right for the new role, but her job title does not show it. Roster reads her shipped work, interviews and conference talks, the things a title leaves out.
Most hiring tools feel corporate. We wanted Roster calm and open, so the site uses an earth motif and plain components that are easy to scan, and moving from the site into the app feels continuous. The logo is an R broken into upright pillars.
