Roster is a hiring search that ranks people by the work they have done instead of their job title. We designed and built the product, the brand and the site.
Keyword search stops at the title. Someone who built two design systems from scratch but is titled "Lead UX" never shows up, and a "Design Systems Designer" who only maintained someone else's work ranks first. Roster reads the work behind the title, ranks people by fit, explains each ranking, and leaves every decision to the recruiter.
Most AI recruiting tools either give recruiters a score with no reasoning or act on candidates without asking. We designed Roster to show its reasoning and wait for the recruiter.
