The Service Center is apartments, office and retail in Baltimore's Remington neighbourhood. Cohere Studio designed it, we built it in Webflow.
Seawall developed the building for two audiences, residents and commercial tenants, and the site splits them from the start. Service Works, the programme connecting residents to local volunteering, has its own section.
